“Experience: that most brutal of teachers. But you learn, my God do you learn.”
I dont usually speak about sports but I have been following one particular soccer player because people have put him in a position to be “the one” to bring home the world cup. I knew when that team had won earlier this week that, that would be it for that team.
The “golden boy” that so many expected to pull out an awesome win embarrassed himself as well as his team mates. He has found beauty in himself and when he looks in the mirror all he sees is “fame and fortune”.
He disgraced his team and country because he has allowed fame to control him. I have never been one to be a fan of this individual and what I have noticed is a very arrogant person who thinks hes all that because he beat the retired strikerBatistuta’s record.
Its a shame to see Mascherano retire but can you blame him for retiring from his team with LM leading the way. I can only refer to LM as a total mess as he not only let down his team mates he let down his country.
His dick got hard when he planted more goals than Batistuta but truth be known The Mess has made bad choices, let his arrogance get the better of him and he thinks he is all that because he is now the leader in total goals.
He should walk away from the game but of course he wont because he hasn’t made enough money and the fame has sucked him in like a flushed toilet. I have no doubt its quite heady to be so famous but with that fame comes the unsavory, like paying taxes or should I say, not paying taxes and blaming it on others-in my opinion.
For those that think Messi is a great player look beyond the obvious and you will see someone that isnt capable of making good decisions that will lead a winning team. You may say I am full of shit which is fine because frankly I dont give a damn what anyone thinks.
Thanx to The Mess Argentina is now on the sidelines thinking “what if?”.
So much of what is best in us is bound up in our love of family, that it remains the measure of our stability because it measures our sense of loyalty. All other pacts of love or fear derive from it and are modeled upon it.
